Terms & Conditions Product Information Blackbyrd have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. Please be aware the accuracy of the colours you will see will depend on your computers monitor. Blackbyrd will take reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. Please note prices are subject to change without notice. Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time the order is accepted, the stock position relating to the particular item may change. If an item you have ordered has become unavailable we will notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock item. Shipping All orders made during business hours will be processed and dispatched within 2 business days. Please allow more time for International orders.

TNT Express generally takes between 5-10 business days, depending on location. Blackbyrd are not responsible for any duties, tariffs, custom charges or additional charges levied by your country of entry. Please contact your local customs office for further information. Returns & Refunds If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us at info@blackbyrd.com.au indicating the reason for the return and including your email proof of purchase. Returns must be sent within 7 days of purchase and must be unwashed, unworn and in their original condition (including all tags & packaging). We recommend you use registered mail as Blackbyrd cannot be held liable for lost shipments. Please note the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. When exchanging garments please include a self addressed pre-paid satchel so we can send the item back to you. Blackbyrd regrets that we are unable to refund original shipping and handling costs, unless the item was faulty or not as ordered. Please note we can only process the return of items purchased at www.blackbyrd.com.au. Purchases made from other retailers, including department stores & specialty stores must be returned to the place of original purchase and are subject to the return policy of that retailer.
